Created the Skills for Success community program, empowering adults with I/DD through technology.
Assisted in the creation and opening of two community programs, including writing job descriptions and creating and implementing processes.
Tracked participant attendance hours for billing purposes and maintained communication with Interdisciplinary Teams.
Provided training and support to staff, scheduled monthly outings, and supervised a team of 7.
